Pete Alexander 1896 - 1918 Pete Alexander was born Janary 5, 1896 in Missouri to Charles Newton & Mollie Belle Restine Alexander. Pete lived in Center Twsp., Sebastian Co., Ar. He served in the US Army. registering for service in Herrin, Williamson County, Illinois, where he was a coal miner on June 5, 1917. His final rank was Pvt. Pete died of disease 25 Nov 1918 in France. His final burial was in the National Cemetery at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
