Eaton Tatum at whose home near Jenny Lind
Sebastian County was organized in
Jan 1851 and on whose
property this
cemetery was located. |
The cemetery is located approximately 3 or 4 miles north of Greenwood, AR on Hwy 71, at a little community called Jenny Lind.
There are only a couple of graves in this little plot, which in on the property where Eaton Tatum lived. - Janelle

Charlotte's stone shows the date , July 22, 1854 , however, an article from the Key Magazine shows her d.o.d. as July 22, 1855 (which I believe 1854 must be incorrect.) My great grandmother was Eaton Tatums 8th child, born 1850. There was one more child b. June 1854. It's possible Charlotte died from childbirth in July 1854. Janelle |
