WILLIAM WOODROW SIMS & ARLIN LEWIS SIMS
The two boys in the picture above are my father, William Woodrow Sims, born 1912, and
his brother Arlin Lewis Sims. Both were the children of Floyd General Sims and Wylla
Gipson of Ione, Arkansas.
