If you look close at the photo you will see wagon wheels on each side of the men. Apparently these men are setting/standing on some type of cart. The cross T thing in the front of the photo looks like it has a horn of some type mounted on it with ropes attaching it to the cart.
If anyone knows who these men are, recognizes the place, the uniforms or anything else in the photo please let me know. Be sure to include the photo number in your email so I can locate the correct photo. Thanks Linda (email address below).
