Phillip’s dad, Eugene Snow, was stationed at the P B Arsenal in the late 30s and early 40s. He sent these Postcards to my grandmother, Love Snow Mathis. My Dad and Grandmother are from Berryville, Carroll Co., Arkansas. They are pictures of Simmons National Bank, Hotel Pines, Public Library and the Post Office, all located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
