BEARDEN -- Carl Thrower, 69, of Bearden, died March 13, 2003, in Dallas County.
He was born August 23, 1933, in the Bethel community (Dallas County), a son of the late Kit Thrower and Rosa Royston Thrower.
Survivors include his wife, Loretta Edwards Thrower; one son, Raymond Thrower of Little Rock; two daughters, Mary Ann Thrower of Fordyce and Joyce Robinson of Earl; four sisters, Ophelia Webb and Elizabeth Wallace, both of Las Vegas, and Cassie Parham and Roberta Lambert, both of Bearden; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Greenville First Baptist Church at Fordyce with the Rev. Harvey Goodwin officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery by Brown-Williams Funeral Home at Fordyce.
The family will be at the home of Loretta Thrower.
