John Holt
LITTLE ROCK - John Thomas Holt, 66, of Little Rock, formerly Hot Springs and Fordyce, died December 23, 2001, at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center at Little Rock.
Born October 22, 1935, at Fordyce, he was a son of Annie Mae Reynolds Holt of Fordyce and the late Richard John Holt.
He was a member of the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church at Hot Springs. He retired from the Army Reserves as a lieutenant colonel. He was a retired architectural draftsman for Kauffman Electric.
Survivors include one son Richard Clyde Holt of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter, Joellyn Mae Holt Lamar of Tampa, Florida; one brother, Jimmy Holt of Fordyce; and three sisters, Barbara Holt Henderson of Sherwood and Kay Holt Garlington and Linda Holt Holmes, both of Fordyce.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church of Fordyce with the Rev. Siegfried Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
