Mt. Pleasant Cemetery is located 3 miles SE of Willow, near where the Old Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church used to stand.

" My family owned some land on the road off hwy 9 to willow. The land sat on top of a mountain and you could see for miles. The land was owned by Melva and Joe Hudson then sold to my father Charles NIx. I know there was a church on the land years ago. I do belive this was Mt.Pleasant. I also found on the internet that Darling Nix was burried in Mt.Pleasant. His tombstone is in this cemetery. There is no sign, and just pieces of an old metal fenced."
