This is a photo of William Layfayette Mann and his wife City Jane Hooks Mann.
I'm not sure when it was taken. William is the son of John W. Mann and Mary Jane Wright Mann.
City is the daughter of George Hooks and Matilda Sessions Hooks.
William and City were both born in Troy, Pike County, Alabama and moved to Bradley County, Arkansas after 1859.
They lived there until their deaths, and they are buried in the Outlaw Cemetery, Sumpter, Bradley County, Arkansas.
