William John Benson Smith is the son of Melton Smith, who is the son of John and Nancy Elizabeth Adkins Smith.
William John Benson Smith was born July 9, 1898 and died Nov 23, 1974.
Lottie Lorena Hatcher Smith was born July 30, 1901 and died May 16, 1976.

Their Children:
Myrtis Arlene Smith Johnson, born in Avenger, TX. on Dec. 17, 1919. She married William Doyle Johnson, who was born in Ingalls, AR. on July 30, 1914 and died October 17, 1985 and buried in Marsden Cemetery.

J. B. Smith, JR., born Oct 17, 1922 in Marsden, AR. He died 3-15-1945. J. B. Smith married Mary Senn from Vick, Bradley County - J. B. Smith was killed in World War II and is buried at Marsden Cemetery.

Marjorie Elizabeth Smith, born Nov 15, 1924 and died Jan 25, 1993. Marjorie Smith married Hershel Smith from Godfrey Place, and both are buried in Marsden Cemetery.
Kenneth Lacoy Smith, born Sept 16, 1927 in Hermitage, AR. Ken married Geraldine Gill from Bearden, Arkansas - Ken now lives in Ratliff City, OK.

Charles Henry Smith, born Aug 14, 1931 in Ingalls, AR. Charles Smith married Billie Sue Durham from Selma, Arkansas - Charles now lives in Blanchard, OK.

Sharon Fay Smith, born April 11, 1935 in Eagle Lake Crossroads, AR. Sharon Smith married Earnest Hamilton from Florence, Arkansas. They now live in Baytown, Texas.

Janice Janett Smith, born July 6, 1939 in Banks, AR., now living in Branson, MO.
