Joe & Hanner (Garrett) ELLINGTON and John & Fronna (Garrett) ELLINGTON
Two Garrett girls married two Ellington boys. Both families
were long time residents of Benton County. Hanner and Fronna are my Great Aunts.
George Washington KINCHELOE
He was born in the Kincheloe Community of Benton County. He later became a teacher and preacher. He married Ada Frances LEE and settled in Blocker, OK.
Joseph Doss KINCHELOE
Lived in the Siloam Springs area and was originally from the
Kincheloe Community ... a descendant of Benton County Pioneer, John
Kincheloe. (Joseph Doss was my Great Grandfather).
George Sylvester "Syl" LEE
Born in Butler Co, KY,
16 July 1835, and was murdered in Fayetteville, AR, on 28 October 1893.
Buried Ruddick Cemetery. His father, John Wesley LEE, settled the town of Leetown, which
land is now located in the Pea Ridge Civil War Park.
