Obituary of Mary E. Langley Griffin

Fayetteville, Ark. Sept 23: Funeral service for Mrs.
Mary E. Griffin, wife of Robert E. Griffin of
Mayfield, who died at her home at Mayfield at 3
o’clock Saturday afternoon was conducted at 2 o’clock
Monday afternoon at the Mayfield cemetery, Rev. Mr.
Webb officiated.  arrangements were directed by the
Rankin Funeral home.
     Mrs. Griffin is survived by her husband, Robert
E. Griffin, by two grand-children, Riley Miller of
Morris, Okla. And Homer Miller, Pueblo, Colo;  and a
sister, Mrs. E.M. Black.
     Mrs. Griffin’s death followed a serious illness
of about two weeks.  She was the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. J.K. Langley and was born Dec. 1, 1867, at
Mayfield.
