In the matter of Will and
Testament of J W Gray dec. and
On this day comes Rufus L Gray and present to the court an instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of J W Gray deceased and prays the court to admonish the same to pro-bate and the said last will and testament being duly acknowledged and signed as law suggest and being fully established by the testimony of the two subscribing witnesses before the clerk in vacation. It is ordered considered and adjudicated by the court that the said will and last testament of the said J W Gray deceased, be and the same is hereby admitted to probate, and the clerk is ordered to record the same, and the said Rufus L Gray having being named as in the said last will and testament as executor there of, and having signified his willingness to accept the same, is hereby appointed executor of the last will and testament of J W Gray deceased, upon his writing into bond in the sum of one thousand dollars condition according to law.

On this day comes Rufus L Gray and presents to the court his bond as executor of the last will and testament of J W Gray deceased in the sum of one thousand dollars, with W P Hunt T N Simpkins as his securities commitment according to law, which Bond was examined by the court and approved and its clerk ordered to enter the sum of bond and to issue letters of execution to the said Rufus L Gray upon the estate of J W Gray deceased.
