Northeast of Lisbon, Union County, Arkansas in heavy woods.

Last surveyed in April 1986, by Ralph O. Weldon and Dan Crawford.

RICHARD  JOSEPH  HOWARD (80)

Richard, of Owensville, Garland Co., AR  was born to

*Sally Jacynthia Houpt Howard(1897-1960) & Wilbert  B. Howard (1896-1959)

in Hot Springs, Garland County, AR.

Richard was an Electrician & a Dairy Farmer.  U.S. Army Veteran.

*Wife, Regina Howard.

*Late sisters: Patricia Jane Howard(1922-1925) Mary Joan Howard (1944-1944)

*Richard’s two sisters are buried Greenwood Cemetery, Hot Springs, AR

*Richard’s parents are also buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Hot Springs, AR

*All four are buried in  “Block E North “

*Almost all of the  HOUPT  and the HOWARD families are buried in

Greenwood Cemetery, Hot Springs, AR  &  a few in Oakhill Cemetery,

Fountain Lake, Garland Co., AR

 

There was evidence of several other graves in the

Howard Family Cemetery without tombstones.
