Know all men by these presents that I William H. Crosby knowing
the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life and being desirous
of making disposion of what little property I have left and being
desirous of partley compensating my dear friend R. H. Hunsuch
and his wife Florance Hunsuch for ther kindness and care(?) I
will and bequeath all my property both real and personal not disposed
of during my lifetime and after the death and burial of myself
and wife to my dear friend R. H. Hunsuch and his wife Florance
Hunsuch and to their heirs and assigns for ever in fee.
This disposion of my property is made because I hav done all for
my children that I am able to do J. H. Crosby Wm M. Crosby, Sarah
Craferd Antonett M. White and my grand gaugter Sarah E. Dawson
and J. T. Crosby all I fell able to do.

signed in our presence and declared to be his last will and testament
and we sign at his request and in his presence and in the presence
of each other and the testator is in approve good health and sound
in mind

Be it remembered that in this 7th day of March 1888, in vacation
before the clerk, appeared in person John A Nichols of lawful
age, who being duly sworn deposes and says that the foregoing
instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament
of W. H. Crosby made and executed on or about the 20th day of
December 1884, the same not having been date, is the genuine last
will and testament of the said W. H. Crosby, and that the said
W. H. Crosby signed the same in the presence of this deponent
and in the presence of W. D. Nichols the other subscribing witness
thereto and at the same time declared the same to be his last
will and testament, that he the said W. H. Crosby was at that
time over the age of twenty one years and of sound and disposing
mind and memory, and that this deponent in the presence of said
W. H. Crosby and at his request and in the presence of the said
W D Nichols the other subscribing witness subscribed his name
thereto as a witness; and that the said W. H. Crosby has since
departed this life, in the Greenwood District of Sebastian County
Arkansas.
