THE WILL OF BURWELL PATRICK EVANS
I B.P. Evans of the County of Sebastian and State of Arkansas, being of sound mind and good health do make and declare this my
last will and testament in manner and form following. 1st I resign my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping and believing
in remission of my sins by the merits and mediation of Jesus Christ and my body I give to the earth to be buried at the discretion
of my executor herein after named; and my wordly estate I give and devise as follows.
First I give and devise to my Daughter Mary Rudle and her Husband Edward Rudle all that or parcel of land lying and being situated in
Sebastian County and State of Arkansas described as follows to wit, The South East quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Twenty
Township six north of Range 31 west, and
Secondly I give and devise to my Daughter Caroline S. Tedford all that tract or parcel of land
lying and being situated in Sebastian County and State of Arkansas described as follows, to wit; The North half of the Northeast fourth of
Section seven Township Six North of Range 31 West.
Thirdly, I give and devise unto my daughter Matilda Robbins and her husband John G. Robbins
all that tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in Sebastian County and State of Arkansas described as follows to wit; The Northwest
quarter of the South East quarter of Section Twenty-nine in Township Six North Range 31 West and the North East quarter of the South East quarter
of Section Seveteen Township Six North of Range 31 west, and
Fourthly, I give and devise to the heirs of my son John Evans all that tract or parcel
of land lying and being situated in the County of Sebastian and State of Arkansas described as follow, to wit; The south half of the North East
Quarter of Section Eighteen Township Six North Range 31 West.
And Fifthly I give and devise unto my son William P. Evans all that tract or parcel
of land lying and being situated in Sebastian County and State of Arkansas described as follows, to wit; The North West fourth of the Southwest
quarter of Section Eight also the North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Seven Township Six North Range 31 West. And
Sixthly I give and devise unto my daughter Delalah Evans all that tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Sebastian and State fo Arkansas described as follows, to wit; The North fractional half of the North fractional quarter of Section Eight in Township Five North Range 31 West. And Seventhly I do hereby give and devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah Evans and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life all my remaining lands, houses, tenements, horses, cattle, hogs, farming utensils and housing furniture.
