Billy Gene Martin was born November 9, 1948 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar..
according to his application for social security.. His parents were
James Minyard & Dorothy Marie Ethridge Martin. May 27, 1980 he married
Janet A. Pelzel in Klebert, Texas.
Billy enlisted in US Navy Jannuary 12, 1967 for service in Vietnam. He
served until October 19, 1970. He angain enlisted in February 14, 1986 about the
time of the bombing of Lybia. He served until March 31, 1994 after the
Gulf War.
Billy passed away August 14, 2007 at Mandarin, Flordia, a neighboor in
Jacksonbille, Florida. . His burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery in
Heron Lake, Jackson County, Minnesota.
