Robert Jerry Sr. and Docia Manola Lowe Wilson. Robert Jr and his
mom and sister were living in Sebastian Co., Ar. by 1935. By 1940 he had a step dad,
Patrick Fred C Kirkpatrick. On the 1940 census of Fort Smith, Ar. it states Robert had
completed 4 years of high school.
Robert enlisted 12 Sep 1940 in the Philippine Department of the Army Coast Artillery Corps.
as a Private.
He was reported missing May 7 1942 and declared dead in Sep 1948. He had been a POW and never returned.
He was held by Japan at the Osaka Main Camp Chikko Osaka 34-135. The last report was
dated Sept 10, 1945.
