Robert Burns West was born Oct. 31, 1919 in Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar to Samuel Earl & Lucille "Lucy" Flo ClydeCason West. On Jan. 21, 1943 Robert married Betty Jane Wheeler of Fort Smith Sebastian Co., Ar. Robert enlisted in the US Army August 21, 1942. He was discharged Jan 8, 1946. Nothing else is found about his service. Robert Burns West passed away April 11, 1981. He was buried in the Bellerive Heritage Gardnes at Creve Coeur, St. Louis Co., Missouri. 1981 St. Louis Post Dispatch St. Louis, Missouri
