March 11, 1940 Roger married Laura Christine Perry, both residing in Mansfield, Sebastian Co., Ar. July 22, 1953 Laura sued for divorce. Roger and Laura share a marker in Liberty Cemetery, their deaths being in 2000 and 2005. February 16, 1942 Roger registered for the military draft in Sebastian Co., Ar. He is living at Mansfield, Ar. February 23, 1945 he enlists in the US Army at Camp Josepth T Robinson in Little Rock, Ar. His civil occupation is listed as Locomotive fireman. His discharge from the Army was January 19, 1946.
