Zene S. Rambo, Jr. was born 14 Oct 1921 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Zenus Sirenaus & Hattie Pearl Lowery Rambo. Zene, Jr was married to a lady named Hazel. I did not find a marriage record for them. They were divorced 28 Nov 1939 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. On the 9th of Oct 1942 in Little Rock, Ar. Zene S Rambo enlisted in the US Army. He was assigned to the Transportation Corp. In June 1944 Private Rambo was a passenger in a motorcycle in Corse, France that was involved in a wreck. On 29 Jun 1944 Pvt. Rambo died of his non-battle injuries. His body was returned to Fort Smith, Ar and buried in Rose Lawn Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Ar.
