Photo Shared by the Military Road History Museum at Lavaca, Ar. George Wesley McCrea was born May 16, 1925 at Island, Sebastian Co., Ar. to James "Jim" III & Lillie Ann Self McCrea. September 16, 1951 he married Charlotte Ann Elaine Bozarph at Tucson, Arizona where he was stationed. George registered for the military draft May 17, 1943 at Ventura, California. He enlisted in the US Navy. No enlistment date has been found. After a brief time out of the service in February 1948 he again enlisted. This time in the US Air Force. His final rank was MSgt. George passed away December 29, 2010. His burial was in the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at Dixon, Solano Co., California. August 2, 1951 Feature River Bullentin Quincy, California
