Clinton Colonel McBride was born December 19, 1919 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. to
Andrew & Viola M. Young McBride. November 5, 1939
Clinton married Mildred Virginia Cagle in Fort Smith, Ar. where they
both lived.
July 12, 1941 Clinton registered for the military draft at Modesto, Ca. He was
released from the US Army Jan 2, 1946. Nothing else is found about his service.
On the 1940 census record Clinton and Mildred are living in Waterford, Stanislaus, Ca. with her
parents and their family.
Pfc Clinton Colonel McBride passed away December 22, 2002 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
His burial was in the National Cemetry at Fort Smith, Ar. His late residence was at
8023 Meadow Dr., Fort Smith, Ar.
