Maurice Stone "Buddy" Jaber was born October 16, 1923 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Kade Kassem Sr, & Ruth H. Conley Jaber. March 26, 1948 Buddy married Betty Jo Ingram from Alma, Crawford Co., Ar. The marriage was in Sebastian Co., Ar. Buddy registered for the military draft June 20, 1942 in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. He enlisted in the US Army January 20, 1943 and served until November 18, 1945. Nothing more is known about his time in the service. Maurice Stone Jaber passed away August 2, 1992 and was buried in Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
