Herman Ivo Inklebarger was born February 25, 1920 at Branch, Franklin Co., Ar. to Benjamin Franklin & Blanch Gertrude Grubb Inklebarger. November 28, 1942 Herman married Jim Genice Pieercy, both being residents of Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. He registered for the military draft July 1, 1941 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. No enlistment papers are found for him but at the top of his draft registration card it says... "Hon. discharge 6-17-42". No other information is known about his service. Herman Ivo Inklebarger passed away May 18, 1952 at the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville, Washington Co. Ark on May 18, 1952 at age 32. His burial was in the Lavaca City Cemetery in Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar.
