Hugh Randall Hooper was born 18 Dec 1918 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Robert L & Grace Beltrand Hooper. On 6 Mar 1942 in Fort Smith, Ar. Hugh married Vivian Marie Cable. 16 Oct 1940 Hugh Randall Hooper registered for the draft. His rank was S/Sgt of the US Army. On 1 Feb 1945 S/Sgt Hooper was killed in the line of duty. He is buried in Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith.
