May 7, 1938 Richard married Sybil Lorene Anderson in Crawford Co., Ar. where they both resided. Richard registered for the draft in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar on Oct 16, 1940. And on 24 Feb 1945 Richard enlisted with the US Army at Cp Josepth T Robinson in Little Rock Arkansas. No other information is found for the time he spent in the Army. His discharg date was Nov 2, 1946. Richard Thomas Harris passed away on 9 Jun 1981 and was buried in the Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Find A Grave Richard T.
