Her residence was Birmingham, Ala. and Arnold was at Mansfield, Ar. Before Arnold joined the military he attended Ouachita Baptist College in Arkadelphia. Clark Co., Ar. The first mentions of Arnold in the military come from 2 1938 newspaper clippings in St. Louis, Missouri where he was at Jefferson Barricks in training. After the war that area was where he made his home. I found nothing that gave the beginning and end date of his service although it's clear that Col. was his rank. June 8, 2006 Col Arnold Lynn Hall passed away in Marthasvill, Warren Co., Missouri. His burial was in the Warrenton City Cemetery.
