April 30, 1945 Boyd married Virginia Ruth Dixon at Garland Co., Ar. Both bride and groom resided at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. October 16, 1940 Boyd registered for the military draft at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. September 8, 1941 he enlisted in the US Army. Nothing more is known about his service years. He was dichargd Sept 1, 1945. Boyd Greer Gann, Jr passed away June 7, 1980 in Sebastian Co., Arkansas and was buried in Liberty Cemetery in Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar.
