Leo Frasher was born May 27 1914 in Midland, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Joseph "Joe" Hudson & Bertha Patterson Frasher. January 26, 1941 he married Velma Vess of Havana, Yell Co., Ar. The marriage was in Sebastian Co., Ar. Leo enlisted in the US Army April 7, 1942 and served until August 29, 1945. His rank at the completion of his service was Tec 4. His unit was "DEML" which seems to have several definithions in the Army, one being "Military Construction, Defense-Wide". No other information is found about his time in the service. Leo Frasher passed away February 26, 1968 with burial in Ivy Lawn Cemetery in Ventura, California. No photo of his marker was found.
