April 6, 1944 Loyd registred for the draft at LeFlore Co., Okla. No record of
enlistment was found. Sometime after the war he located in Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar.
and was mayor of Lavaca for some time and a fire fighter. He was buried in the Lavaca City Cemetery.
