Norman married Grace Bertus Woolsey Dec. 24, 1938 in Franklin Co.,
Ar. They divorced Dec 29, 1950. They had 3 children.
Norman's second wife was Beverly A. Gordan from Tonganoxie, Leavenworth Co.,
Kansas. Norman and Beverly share a marker in the cemetery.
Norman enlisted in the US Army Oct. 10, 1944 at Camp Josepth T. Robinson at Little
Rock, Ar. Nothing more is known about Pvt. Davis' service.
Norman Udell Davis psssed away 26 May 2012 at Barling, Sebastian
County, Arkansas. He is buried in Highland Cemetery, Ozark, Franklin County, Ar.

Norman "Udell" Davis, 91, of Barling died Saturday, May 26, 2012, in Barling.
He was born March 15, 1921, in Batson, Johnson Co, Arkansas.
He was a retired teacher, a Baptist and an Army veteran. He attended First
Baptist Church in Barling.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Highland Cemetery in Ozark under
the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; daughter, Avis Owen of Spiro; two sons,
Adrian Davis of Balch Springs, Texas, and Michael Davis of Fort Smith;
seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
