ElL Glenn Daniels was born in 1925 in Fort Smith Sebastian Co., Ar to Eli M. & Hazel Ozment Daniels. Glenn, as he was known by, attended Fort Smith High School for 2 years. On 15 Jul 1943 ElL Glenn Daniels enlisted in the US Army at Little Rock, Ar. PFC Daniels was assigned to and served with the 334th Infantry Regiment, 84th Infantry Division. 19 year old Ell was killed in combat 20 Nov 1944. Pfc Daniels was buried at Plot G Row 14 Grave 10 Netherlands American Cemetery Margraten, Netherlands. He was awarded the Purple Heart. Shared by Vicki Graves Jones from Fighting Men of Arkansas
