He received a marriage licence to Lucille Hayes April 15, 1947 in Sebastian Co., Ar. Bill registered for the military draft in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar while residing at Hartford, Sebastian Co., Ar. March 22, 1945. Nothing more is found about his service. In late October 2006 Bill passed away in Martinez CA.
