Howard enlisted in the US Army July 18, 1942 and was discharged March 6, 1946.
Howard Leon Bailey died 6 Nov 1996 at Alma, Crawford Co., Ar. and
has a marker in Love Cemetery in Dean Springs, Crawford County, Ar.
His ashes were scattered on his property a short distance from the cemetery.
