Charles William Bailey was born June 29, 1920 at Greenwood, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Walter Melvin & Catherine Gorham Bailey. September 22, 1940 he marrid Waylen Elizabeth Wright in Little Rock, Arkansas. A draft registration card has not been found for Charles. He enlisted in the US Army Air Force July 13, 1942 and served until January 14, 1946. Nothing further has been found. His rank was S Sgt.
