Noel Edgar Nixon 1895 - 1973 Noel Edgar Nixon was born in Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Arkansas to Francis Marion & Nancy Ellen Hunter Nixon. He married Onice Vera Johnson. No date has been found for the marriage. Noel registered for the military draft June 5, 1917 in Sebastian Co., Ar. He enlisted in the US Army July 22, 1918 and served until November 26,1919. Noel passed away October 26, 1973 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in the National Cemetery there.
