Opie Read Little 1899 - 1975 Opie Read Little, Sr. was born July 31, 1899 Texas to Benjamin Franklin & Fannie Ione Cayton Little. His first marriage was to Helen Stacy . His second marriage was to Margie Imogene "Jean" Sandland. Opie enlisted in the US Army June 4, 1918. He served until November 11, 1919. He was a Wagoneer. He served with the Med Dept Segre Gation CAmp B #5 He left Brest France October 19, 1919 and arrived at Hoboken, NJ October 28, 1919 Opie passed away June 14, 1975.
