William S. Kilgore 1893 - 1918 William S. Kilgore was born in Pocola, Leflore, Oklahoma October 24, 1893 to Rufus & Mary Edna Decker Kilgore. William registered for the military draft June 5, 1917 at Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar. He enlisted in the US Army. His rank was Pvt. Nothing more is known about his time in the service. October 7, 1918 he died of disease in France. His burial was in White Bluff Cemetery, White Bluff, Sebastian Co., Ar.
