Dayton Brewer 1897 - 1993 Dayton Brewer was born October 3, 1892 in Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. to Olen Fisk & Egdar Laurah Smith Brewer. December 23, 1917 he married Lucy Marie Moore at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. where they both resided. Dayton registered for the military draft September 12, 1918. He enlisted in the US Navy. No dates have been found for his service. Dayton also served as Post Master at Lavaca April 28, 1919. He served in WWII beginning October 29, 1942 until April 9, 1945. Dayton passed away August 3, 1993 in Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., Ar.
