Homer Lee Berkley 1896 - 1918 Homer Lee Berkley was born September 10, 1896 in Franklin Co., Ar. to George Edmond & Lutitia "Lou" Jane Brown Berkley. Homer served in the US Army with the rank of Corporal with the 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. On July 20, 1918 he was killed in battle at Aisne France.
