Keith Harrison Burton was born January 26, 1924 in Rockford, Webster City, Hamilton, Iowa to Harold & Lucille Smith Burton. July 4, 1962 he married Margaret I. West in Ventura, California. On June 29, 1942 Keith registred for the military draft at Rockford, Illinois. He enlisted in the military December 17, 1949 and served until November 15, 1986. A time period covering the Korean & Vietnam Wars and the Cold War. His obituary mentions he served in WWII but it was over by the time he enlisted in late 1949. Keith passed away Novembr 15, 1991 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. His burial was in the National Cemetery at Fort Smith, Aransas.
