Dr. John Christopher Rudell

Dr. John Christopher Rudell was born March 30, 1856 in Sebastian
County Arkansas to Charles Edward and Mary Evans Rudell.
Father Charles Edward was born in Prussia in c1830 and Mary Evans
in c1822 in Tennessee to Burwell Patrick and Sarah E Blevens Evans.
In 1860 Edward and Mary Rudell were living in Center Twsp in Sebastian County
,Ark. In 1870 and 80 they were living in Marion township Sebastian County Arkansas. Son John
son John C. was living with them but no mention of being a physician.
In Hackett, Sebastain County Arkansas in 1900 is Dr. John C. Rudell and wife
Mary Josephine King who married about 1881 and have 5 children living and
2 deceased. Mary Josephine King, born in 1861 in Alabama
dau of Thomas and Pricilla Vestal King.
Dr Rudell died May 2, 1912 and is buried in Evan Cemetery in Excellsior, Sebastian
County, Arkansas. Mary Josephine died Oct 2, 1916 and is also buried in the Evans
Cemetery.
Dr Rudell attended Medical School at Gate City Medical College, Dallas, Texas.
Receiving his license in 1903.
