The colored people of this city are going to have a railroad excursion and picnic to Mulberry a week from
today in which they will be joined by the colored people of the counties of
Crawford and Franklin on the line of the L.R. & F.S. Ry. The Fort Smith colored brass band will be on hand to liven
the occasion. At night there will be a party at Hunt's Hall. Admission 25 cents. |
