The following stones listed in a 1993 survey of this cemetery were not found:
Fite, Laura I., Died 1886, D/o Abram & Jane
Forrester, N.P.F., No dates
Gaines, ----, Died: Oct 1871, C/o F.C. & Mary C. Gaines (Descendant Robin Woods states this was the stone of Minnie Gaines, born 6 Oct 1871 and died at birth)
Hough, G.H. Loren, No dates, infant
Thompson, Mabel, 1904-1909, D/o J.H. & L.L. Thompson

Notes:

  1. Four of the Hough children share a 4-sided stone: Amos, Chapman Levey, Jr., Chapman Lucian & Rosa.
  2. Frelon "Sam" Jett: Obituary states he was 71 years old at his death.
  3. The surname is gone from this stone; I believe it is the stone of Margaret T. Torbett due to its proximity to the other Torbett stone.
  4. Family records show this to be John M. Williams
  5. A small double stone, off its base, lists "Wells, died..." and "Chapman, died..." These may be first names; the rest of the inscriptions could not be read.
  6. Don Martin Thomas states there are two unmarked graves at this cemetery for:
Martin, Thomas Henry "Tom", Sep 1844-23 Feb 1902 (Returned on a visit to Scott Co. from Floyd Co., TX and died while here.)
Martin, Nancy A. "Nannie" Frost & baby John Wesley Martin are buried in one unmarked grave.
  7. Rural C. Robertson died 10 Jun 2004 and is buried in Desha Co., AR. (From SSDI & Obit)
  8. Lena Morris married second George Isom; he died and she evidently married a Willhite. Her obit lists her as Lena Willhite.
