From a special section of the Waldron News newspaper of 23 April 1981, consisting of interviews of Scott County citizens 80 Years of age and over. The interviews were done as part of a celebration of the Bank of Waldron's 80th anniversary.

O.H. STRICKLAND

O.H. Strickland was born March 2, 1897 to H.H. and Kathleen Strickland in Hon, AR where he has lived all his life. He attended school in Waldron and Hon. he has done farming and is a member of the Baptist Church. Mr. Strickland's children are Betty Jo Richardson and Willard Strickland of Chicago, Ill. Mr. Strickland lives in Hon with his wife, Ilene.
