I don't have alot on this photo. I know it's in Carter, Arkansas 1937-38. I also know that my father Bedford Riggs and his two sisters are in it, Mary Ann Hopper of Rockford, Ill. and Dorothy Jamison of Marks, Miss. My father Bedford is pictured forth from the right in the front row. Mary Ann is the little girl in the front row fifth from the left. And Dorothy standing to the right of the teacher looking at the picture. I have no idea who the other people are. Bedford died in 1994 and is buried in the Thomas Cemetery
