Mrs. Sallie Patterson Sago of Norman, Okla., a former teacher of the Albritton School, furnishes this very good picture of the school. Mrs. Sago taught there in 1910, 1912 and 1913, and believes the above picture was taken in 1913. She identifies the students as, front row, left to right, Lilburn Templeton, Johnnie Sellars, Ben Weeks, Gerald Foshee, Arnold Johnson, Govas Smith, Mary Jackson, Linda Wallace, Lora Wallace and the teacher, Sallie Patterson Thomas. Middle row, left to right, Durward Templeton, Girvous Sellars, Aubrey Killough, Gladys Smith, Alice Killough and Maude Foshee. Last row, left to right, Ada Killough, Ruby Owens, Fred Killough, Louella Jackson and Aubrey Templeton. The school was located about 1 1/2 miles northwest of Maynard.
