Bedford Bates Riggs, born 13 July 1899 near Pocahontas, died 14
Jan 1948 in Yakima, Washington. He was a son of W. F. and Mary
Riggs. His wife, Exie Ann Johnson Riggs, is buried beside him.

Wright was the son of Bedford Bates Riggs and Exie Ann Johnson
Riggs and was killed by a traveling insurance salesman starting
his model A. He cranked it up and the car started up and ran over
him as he was playing in the yard. He was only five. Contributed
