HARWELL, Ora
Surnames: HARWELL
A gloom hovered over the town of Hatfield last Saturday morning
when it was known that Miss Ora, the beautiful 17-year-old
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Harwell had passed over the dark
river of death. Ora was gentle, loving and kind, always had a
pleasant smile and word for everyone she met. She was a great
favorite among her schoolmates and teachers. Her friends were
not numbered. And this morning as we look down the aisle in the
schoolroom and see her vacant desk, our hearts are filled with
sorrow; but we do not weep as one that has no hope, for Ora said
that she was going home - to that home not made with hands. We
must meet her, where all will be sunshine and gladness.
